BEWARE: Absolutely Lack of Professionalism & Unpaid Court Judgment I would leave zero starts if possible. This company is a complete liability. We hired them for a master bedroom renovation (shower and flooring), and it was a disaster from start of finish. Incompetence: The owner provided an estimate but lacked the skill to execute. He sent helpers who were incapable of handling 48x24 tiles. Failed Inspections: A second crew confirmed that the owner's initial work used improper materials and had to be completely demolished and redone for safety and quality reasons. Financial Negligence: Despite firing the company for these egregious errors, they refused to refund any portion of the $6,750 paid for labor and materials, none of which were usable. Legal Action: I took this company to court and won a judgment, yet they have failed to pay what is legally owed. Do NOT trust this company with your home or your money. They are unprofessional, unskilled, and do not stand behind their work even when legally mandated to do so.
